Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Mentionedcool Plumbing wants mentionedcool.living to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement explains our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make this site usable for as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These are widely used standards for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page layout
- Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with good color contrast
- Allow the site to be used with a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Known Gaps
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to ask about reaching a plumbing provider. You can also email contact@mentionedcool.living, and we will do our part to assist.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on the site's accessibility. Email contact@mentionedcool.living and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
Tell us what happened
Request an estimate and describe the problem in a few lines. A provider in our network can follow up. Prefer to talk? Request a callback to check provider availability.
